casting facilities include spacious private
offices, comfortable casting & conference rooms,
state-of-the-art business equipment and technology, including
videoconferencing, multi track audio recording, as well as video recording &
playback. Our facilities are available to our Client Studios & Producers 24
hours a day, seven days a week, for production purposes. Constant security
helps to assure the privacy of our clients, their business interests, and
their guests. Our friendly, professional staff will provide a variety of
support services. The Actors Institute Workshops are held at this location,
in addition to convenient locations within the city, as well as remote
locations. |

The Little Theater in Saugus, MA
is an intimate, practical space, well suited for acting exploration,
experimentation, and examination. Periodically used for a variety of The
Actors Institute Workshops, convenient for those that prefer an "out of town"
location, with no need to hunt for parking, and easily accessible by Public
Transportation, just 14 miles north of Boston. |

appointment before visiting. We do not accept visitors without a
confirmed appointment at any time.

Security
|
Security guards are on
duty at the various lobby entrances at all times. Please be sure to
have identification available as you may be asked for it on entering
the building. A confirmed appointment is required at all times to
visit our offices.

From Rte. 93, take the Government Center
Exit. Turn left at the lights onto Congress Street, Go through 2 sets
of lights. The 60 State Street Office Tower is situated on the corner
of Congress and State Streets, with easy access to the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90), and Interstate 93.

|
A number of Multi-level parking facilities are located
within short walking distance of our facility. Paid public parking
facilities are located at Post Office Square, Haymarket, Government
Center, and The PI-Alley Complex just one block away. Hourly, & Daily parking is available at many
convenient neighboring locations. No
free, on street parking is available.
